AXISS is an architecture studio whose name is a line through space. The brief was an identity that behaves like its drawings: grey concrete and black ink, small mono type for every label, a wordmark that ends in a ring, and one orange kept for the places where a plan would mark something.

Drawn,
not decorated.
The guideline opens on concrete: a stair, a row of columns, a hall with one person in it. Everything that is not a photograph is set like a sheet from a set of plans, with hairline crosses on a dot grid, tiny index labels in the corners and numbers that read like revisions. Colour is rationed to match: grey, black, white and a single orange that appears where a drawing would mark a detail.
The name does the rest. AXISS ends in a ring cut into four arcs, and that ring becomes the focal point of the layouts, from the clear space around the logo to the target on a social post.
Concrete, ink
and one orange.
The palette is read from the guideline's own slide: Concrete Gray, Silver Mist, Off White, Ink Black and Orange. The wordmark is set wide and low, light on dark and ink on white, with the ring at its end and its clear space marked by crosshair lines. One monospaced face in capitals does every other job.

One typeface for everything: the Aa, the labels, the headlines and the small print
One name,
turned on its axis.
AXISS is named after the line a space turns around, so the wordmark gets the treatment of a building. We cut the design's own vector into plates, draw them apart, turn the stack once around its axis and close it again. Move the pointer to tilt the model. The readout is the guideline's space finder, driven by the real angles.
The wordmark as the guideline draws it: one flat plane, a name with a ring at its end.
Cut into thin plates and drawn apart, the way a model is shown one floor at a time.
Turn it around its own line. Edge on, the plates stand like the fins of the concrete in the photographs, and from behind the name reads backwards. An orange plane passes through, cutting one section at a time.
The plates close and the turn ends where it began. The orange brackets of the brand frame the name, and the ring at its end is the focal point.
Type that never
stops turning.
Two pieces of the guideline are films. The first is a spiral of the studio's own line, set in mono capitals and winding into a point. The second is the space finder, a grey screen that reads out an axis rotation and three offsets as they change.

The photographs are the identity as much as the logo: a stair, a row of columns, a hall, a white box with a figure beside it. They are black and white and large, with the name or one short line set straight over them, and a layout system of hairlines, corner labels and a headline in a box.

Seven slides,
one system.
The deck keeps the drawing language and alternates dark and light: a cover that states the idea, an exploded model, a process with its return loop, an index of services, the brand as a chart and a call to build the next space.
The cover: space built as one system

Services as an index you can pick from

The Dribbble shot of the deck is a short film: the slides are laid out side by side and a camera moves across them, from the cover to the index of services.

Posts that feel
like the site.
The social posts reuse the same pieces: the spiral, the grey space finder, the logo on carved concrete, a profile with a target ring over a photograph. Two films show how they arrive, a strip of posts sliding past and three vertical stories side by side, and the shot itself is a tilted wall of them.
