LAIN is a design and technology studio. We design and build websites, brands, apps and campaigns for clients around the world. If you have any question about this policy or your data, write to us at contact@lainweb.com.

Only what you choose to send us — your name, email address, company and the details of your project when you contact us by email or WhatsApp — and basic, anonymous information about how this website is used (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate region) provided by our hosting platform.

To reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver and support the work we do together, and understand how the website performs so we can improve it. We never sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and similar browser storage are small files a website keeps on your device. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept them. Your answer is remembered on your device, and nothing beyond the essentials is used until you accept.

Essential: what the site needs to work and to remember your choices, such as your cookie answer and whether the sound is on. These stay on your device and are never shared.

Analytics: anonymous, aggregate measurement of visits (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) through Google Analytics, which helps us improve the site. It stores nothing on your device until you accept, and IP addresses are anonymised.

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser and the question will be asked again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Only with the services that help us run the studio — our website host, email and messaging providers — and only as far as needed to do their job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

As long as it is needed for the purpose it was shared for: while we talk about a project, while we work together, and for as long as accounting or legal obligations require. After that, it is deleted.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to contact@lainweb.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. The latest version always lives here.
